Mew Lake Sunrise
Peace, solitude, and awe.
Morning mist drifts across the surface of Mew Lake as the rising sun sets the sky ablaze with shades of pink, orange, and purple. Towering pines frame the calm water, reflecting the vibrant sky in a scene of quiet, natural beauty.

Coon Lake Colours
Timing is everything.
I’ve been to this spot many times over the years and never been able to capture a better photo than this one.
Peak colour, great lighting, and no breeze allowed me to capture some beautiful reflections in the water.

A bull moose stands quietly in a shallow pond, eating aquatic vegetation for its dinner.
Directly behind the moose in the distance, you can see a yellow portage sign on a tree.

Cache Lake Vista
At post 7 on the Track and Tower Trail, a breathtaking view of Cache Lake awaits. This is one of the best vantage points to view the peak colour in Algonquin Park during the autumn season.

Island. Mist. Silence.
While waiting for the sun to rise, this island quietly emerged from the mist at Lake of Two Rivers.
I love the minimalist feel of this image and the sense of solitude it evokes.
